I heard about a noodle joint in LA by the famous ramen chef Tsujita that serves one of the spiciest ramen in all of LA and it piqued my interest to say the least! The style of the ramen here is a combination of traditional Japanese and Sichuan fusion. Sounds odd? Nope! It works perfectly!!
