Dining at the World’s Oldest Working Restaurant (Botin) – Guinness Book of World Records
In this video, you will see me visiting one of the most famous markets in Madrid Spain called Mercado de San Miguel where you can try a variety of local foods including delicious tapas, Iberian ham, grilled octopus, among others. At the end of the night, we were able to reserve a table at the world’s oldest working restaurant (Botin, founded in 1725) where we got to try roasted suckling pig and roasted baby lamb. The restaurant has also served meals to numerous literary personalities. Ernest Hemingway, Benito Pérez Galdós, Graham Greene and María Dueñas, among many others.
