Tim Ho Wan - Michelin Star Dim Sum Restaurant in Southern CA?!!

Kaden, Devin and I headed to Irvine, CA after we heard about a Michelin Star rated Dim Sum restaurant that opened in Southern California. We couldn't wait to try this and share our experiences with you especially after learning that the restaurant originated in Hong Kong! A mecca for mouthwatering dim sum dishes. One thing we forgot to mention after eating at the restaurant is that the Michelin star was originally given to the restaurant located in Mong Kok Hong Kong, and the chain took credit for the award. We think the food is good, but a Michelin star rating? That's a hotly debated topic, nevertheless, we recommend going in to try some of their unique specialties such as the Baked BBQ pork buns and Fried Turnip Cake just to name a few.
