The internet buzz has gotten to us and we heard about the latest social media craze. Trader Joe’s Ube Mochi Pancakes!!! We couldn’t wait to try this and go right to it! Boy oh boy, does this pancake mix live up to the hype. The is soft, chewy and full of ube deliciousness. We were also so lucky to be able to pick up the last box from Trader Joe’s because we were notified that they’re done selling this for the season!
