I was wondering if any of y'all have ever gone to the Orlando Farmer's Market. I went for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a blast! Do you all have any of the local farmers' market recommendations? I wanna go."
Definitely winter garden, it almost turns into a food market on saturdays, with the other little vendors. But you can definitely substitute your weekly grocery store runs in favor of the farmers market because of the crazy array of fruits and vegetables. My favorite market by far in the city!
I was going to recommend Fresh Fields, great prices, wide selection, always fresh. For sure the best place in orlando for meats and veggies!
I've tried 4 different food markets around here and they were all food trucks, plant vendors, and crafts. If you want to buy directly from a farmer, Morris Family has never let me down. They always have some decent prices on things. Only other thing I'd recommend is Camelot bread if hes still showing up there. Its 7 dollars a loaf so a bit pricey, but his chocolate bread is worth it.
I think there is one for winter park that usually sells more produce compared to the lake eola farmers market OR you could try the Flea Market on OBT. They sell fresh fruit/vegetables and also home products and clothes. They have really good authentic Latin food that is super delicious.
