The family of the youngest Astroworld victim, 9-year-old Ezra Blount, has declined Travis Scott's offer to pay for the boy's funeral. Bob Hilliard, the family's lawyer, wrote in part, "I have no doubt Mr. Scott feels remorse. His journey ahead will be painful. He must face and hopefully see that he bears some of the responsibility for this tragedy."

Ezra's family filed a lawsuit against Scott, Live Nation Entertainment, Scoremore Mgmt and others last month, alleging "grossly negligent conduct" led to the boy's death.
