I had never tried Waba Grill until recently and I'm a new fan! I got swooped in by their Value Bowl Combo and but I can't wait to try some other items on their menu now!

First, a little background on Waba Grill. The menu is super simple. They have two appetizers, the loaded miso soup, (contains rice and bits of chicken). Two different salads and four bowls (chicken, beef, salmon, shrimp and tofu). You can add on fresh veggies to any bowl. Their whole business model is based on healthy fresh, quality ingredients that should be accessible to all. None of the chicken, ribeye steak, wild-caught salmon, jumbo shrimp or tofu has ever been frozen, they don't fry, have no artificial aditives and there are no microwaves in the buildings.

You can order the bowls 3 different ways. As a plain bowl with a choice of white rice, brown rice or a combo. You can order a bowl with veggies and rice. Lastly, they have platters that include rice, salad and an orange. Super simple concept that works really well. The food is Is packaged well and its easy to eat on the go.

Right now Waba is having two different specials to help people who are looking for a warm and healthy meal. The first is their family meal that feeds four adults. It comes with a protein (sweet & spicy chicken, ribeye steak or a chicken & steak combo), veggies and rice for $19.99-$24.99. They also currently have a Healthy Value Meal. It includes a mini bowl (chicken, spicy chicken or tofu), a side (salad, steamed veggies, 5 piece pork dumplings or a loaded miso soup) and a 12 oz drink. for $7.99 +tax

So if you're looking for something quick and easy plus healthy and fresh, try Waba Grill. They have over 30 locations in Orange and Los Angeles Counties
