We were so excited to find a handmade noodle restaurant in Seattle! The hand ripped noodles are so amazing! I usually get the Mt. Qi pork hand ripped noodles which are very flavorful, and the noodles are well cooked but still have very good bite to them and hold the flavor of the sauce very well. They also offer some minced garlic and chili oil on the side which is a nice touch. I noticed that the noodles can clump together if they're not eaten right away. One tip I have is to order takeout noodles with soup (even if you don't want the soup) and just use some of the broth to rehydrate the noodles and pull them apart. They package the noodles and meat separately from the soup. The place is clean, mininal and just a nice spot to be in. Overall it's an extremely great meal and for a very affordable price as well! They are worth the drive or long walk up the Ave!
