Chicken wings – King of all appetizers!

Chicken wings have always been my Go-to appetizer, be it for dinner, parties, or whatsoever! I can gobble on them non-stop simply because they are the best! If you’re used to eating chicken wings only at pubs or restaurants, let me tell you, you’re missing out on the fun at home! These homemade wings are piping hot and sticky. And with barbecue sauce they are just something else – I insist you try this recipe out because I guarantee you will fall in love all over again!

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

 In a large bowl toss the chicken wings with the vegetable oil, salt and pepper , ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, vinegar and honey.

 Coat the chicken in this masala marinade and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes. The chicken wings will tenderise and soak up all those ingredients. Bake them

 Once baked, brush the wings with store bought BBQ sauce and broil them. The skin on the chicken wings gets a nice char and crispy on top.

 Ready to eat with some mustard, ketchup and mayo – or whichever sauce you prefer!
