LOUISIANA - Mr. Gatti's Pizza is expanding its presence in Louisiana with three new locations. The first restaurant will open in the spring of 2024. It will offer its unique gaming experience and famous pizza to more pizza lovers and families. There are currently 8 of Mr. Gatti's locations in Louisiana.
"Growing up with Mr. Gatti's, I cherished the unique culture, fresh ingredients, and vibrant food-first atmosphere that welcomed me every time I stepped through the doors," said Bryant Gielen. "Over the years, Mr. Gatti's has become a place of belonging for generations of employees. Many of them have been with me since I opened my first location in 2010 and continue to return with their own children. Even people from out of state make a point to stop by because they don't have a Mr. Gatti's in their area, and it brings them joy to taste a slice of home."
Bryant Gielen, a franchise owner, had known Mr. Gatti's since 1983, when the popular pizza chain was first introduced to Louisiana. Bryant Gielen opened his first restaurant in Crowley, Louisiana, in April 2010, inspired by his love of Mr. Gatti and his entrepreneurial spirit. He has since opened two additional locations in Jennings and Eunice to expand his business.

Mr. Gatti's Pizza is based in Fort Worth, Texas. It was founded in 1964 as The Pizza Place in Stephenville, Texas. The name change was also made in honor of James Eure's wife, Gatti. The chain grew rapidly in the 1970s after introducing high-quality gaming and dining at one location. Over 130 restaurants currently open or under development in Texas and the Southeastern U.S have realized James Eure's vision. In the markets we serve, Mr. Gatti's is a household name.
