The more and denser mitochondria we have, the more energy we experience. When we have sustained energy,, life becomes joyful.

Energy is the most critical life factor. Simply put, no energy, no life.

Our professional and personal success depend on the amount of energy. The more sustained energy we have, the better we can feel.

In this post, my goal is to share nine easy and effective techniques that I experimented with increasing my mitochondria density.

Here are the nine tips that I used for mitochondrial health and energy-boosting.

1 - Managed my stress

Stress is inevitable in all walks of life. However, managing stress is possible and essential.

I took personal responsibility to manage my stress. Awareness of stress-creating situations and eliminating them from my life was vital to stay healthy.

Like many other aspects of our lives, our mitochondrial health is also strongly affected by stress. Therefore, effective stress management approach is essential to increase and maintain our energy.

I introduced mitochondria in this story titled "How I Increased My Energy Naturally And Performed Like A Boss" published on News Break.

Mindfulness and meditation practice helped me reduce my stress levels.

Not only increasing my fitness level but also recovering after exercise and before starting an exercise also helped me managed my stress response.

2 - Manages my blood glucose and insulin levels.

Fluctuating blood glucose is an alarming situation for the body.

When blood glucose level high insulin spikes. I learned how to keep my insulin at an optimal level.

Having stable blood glucose and optimal insulin levels can be contributing factors to the health of our mitochondria.

Once upon a time, "Sugar Was Killing Me But I Found Smart Ways to Beat It".

3 - Decreased my body fat percentage to healthy levels and maintained lean muscle

As excessive body fat is unhealthy for my overall and mitochondrial health, I paid particular attention and made a concerted effort to lose unnecessary fat.

When I reduced my body fat level around 12%, I felt a burst of energy in my body.

Keeping optimal body fat go hand in hand with maintaining lean muscle. I shared my experience on "How I Lost Heaps of Fat, Gained Lean Muscle, Got Happier" on News Break.

This required me to focus on strength training, weight lifting, aerobic, and anaerobic exercises. Pull-up and push-up exercises contributed to keeping a lean muscle and reduced body fat.

My most joyful exercise has been jumping on a trampoline every day for 30-60 minutes.

4 - Eliminated toxins and heavy metals from my gut

Eliminating toxins and heavy metals from the body made a noticeable impact on my energy level. When my bloating was gone, my energy started bursting.

The miraculous ingredient which helped to capture toxins from my gut was activated charcoal. You can learn about "How I Trapped Toxins In My Gut And Stopped Bloating Naturally".

Living in a toxin-free environment is critical. I keep air cleaning machine and Himalayan salt lamps.

I used cold and hot therapy to eliminate toxins from my body.

5- Consumed nutrient-dense food and increase fat intake.

I have a customised diet aligned with my genetic makeup covering all essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes.

Carbs and sugar did not support my health, so I replaced them with essential and healthy fats.

The more healthy fat I ate, the more abdominal fat I lost.

As mentioned in previous points, when I have optimal fat levels and lean muscles, the energy level remained sustainable.

6 - Had adequate and quality sleep

Sleep is a topic close to my heart. It plays a pivotal role in our lives. When I learned the importance of sleep and took appropriate measures, my energy levels increased substantially.

Here is "How I Skyrocketed My Sleep Quality With 7 Simple Hacks".

Everything around me looked brighter, and life became more meaningful.

In addition to sleep, I also had enough rest, especially after a workout helped boost my energy levels a lot.

7 - Used hot and cold therapy

Hot and cold play an essential role in balancing our energies.

The heart is affected by temperature. When the temperature gets hotter, the heart rate increases. When the temperature gets colder, the heart rate slows.

I use the dry sauna to increase heat response in forms of perspiration. Perspiration helped me remove toxins from my body. Exposing the body can also activate the SIRT2 genes, known as longevity genes. I shared my experience on Wonders of Dry Sauna.

Having cold showers multiple times in day became the best source of energy producer for my body. Here is the Instant Mental Boost Of Cold Showers With Many Health Benefits for Everyone.

Recent literature in the field and the body of knowledge started mentioning the importance of cold therapy for making our mitochondria denser.

8 - Fixed vitamin D, B12, and magnesium deficiency

Getting sunshine every day for 15 to 20 minutes helped me to fix my vitamin D deficiency.

Long ago I had vitamin B12 deficiency which made feel miserable. I was not aware of how important Vitamin B12 for energy production. I also supplemented for high-quality vitamin B complex.

Magnesium is critical for 300 plus metabolic activities in our body. Supplementing dermal form of magnesium was one of the contributing factors to increasing my energy levels. You can learn about How I Improved My Immunity With Wondrous Epsom Salts.

9 - Invested in clean air and purified water

Our lives depend on air and water. Quality of air and water matters.

With this awareness, I invested in air cleaners and water purifiers.

Having an air cleaner in my bedroom and study room helped me a lot with eliminating lethargy and increasing my energy levels.

Drinking purified water was another essential improvement in my personal transformation. When I travel, I always boil the water and drink after cooling it.

These nine items made a substantial impact on improving my mitochondrial health and increasing energy levels.

The combination of these items made a real difference for boosting my energy.

There are some other practical aspects that I introduced to my lifestyle as mentioned in my book titled Simple & Powerful Life-Transforming Bio-Hacks .

Thank you for reading my perspectives.

I wish you a happy, healthy, and productive life.
