The Number One Cause of Low Thyroid Symptoms

The number one cause of low thyroid is rarely checked for and when it is, the treatment doesn't change! These are some of the rituals I live by that have helped me beat low thyroid and Hashimoto's: - I rewrite my short and long term goals every morning before I start my day - Exercise early in the morning before I head to the office (i.e Peloton ride, hiking, yoga, pilates, strength training or running) - Daily meditation to stay grounded and focused - Listening to or reading something that’ll contribute to growth - 8 hours of sleep - Limiting exposure to toxic people, television and media - Infrared Sauna sessions What are your daily MUSTS that contribute to your wellbeing?
