A new Wingstop restaurant opened Tuesday in the Oakleaf Plaza shopping center at 9660 Argyle Forest Blvd. in Oakleaf Plantation.
The 1,025-square-foot shop is located between the Starbucks and Firehouse Subs restaurant.
Wingstop offers fried chicken wings and tenders in 11 different flavors with choices for dipping sauces, and a handful of sides (including Cajun fried corn and seasoned fries). The restaurant also offers a chicken sandwich in your choice of flavor.
The Wingstop flavors are:
Hawaiian, the restaurant’s sweetest flavor with a blend of island citrus and Asian flavors, Garlic Parmesan, a dry rub flavor with garlic and Parmesan cheese, Lemon Pepper, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Mild, Louisiana Rub, a crispy dry rub with a hint of garlic, Spicy Korean Q, ginger and garlic meet sriracha and crushed red pepper, Original Hot, Wingstop’s original sauce, Cajun, Original Hot mixed with the flavors of Louisiana, Mango Habanero and Atomic, the hottest sauce.
The company started as a buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, in 1994. The restaurant’s corporate headquarters is now located in Addison, Texas, just north of Dallas.
