Bobby McCain has been released by the Miami Dolphins after the 2021 NFL Draft. The move will save Miami $5.66 MM in 2021 costing only $1.48 MM in dead cap. McCain was a team captain last year but according to Adam Schefter his time with the Dolphins is over. Mitchell Renz from Chat Sports said it was expected after picking Oregon safety Jevon Holland in round 2, pick 36 overall in the NFL Draft. Miami also are planned to visit with free agent safety Malik Hooker.
