Hello Everyone! If you live in New York City and take MTA Subway, then you are familiar with Grand Central Shuttle train. S line - is the shortest one in the system (don't mix with S in Brooklyn and S in Far Rockaway) and one of the oldest as well - it was opened in 1904. Since 2019 MTA was renovating this line. Two stations has been reconstructed, tracks 2 and 3 has been removed and a brand new connection to Bryant Park - 42nd Street (B,D,F,M) has been added. Yes, now you can transfer from Times Sq - 42nd Street (1,2,3,7,N,Q,R,W) to Bryant Park (B,D,F,M) via S (shuttle) station. Don't forget that connection also available to Port Authority Bus Terminal (A,C,E) which makes it the biggest transfer hub in the city. Enjoy the ride and have a nice day!
