The North Face has launched a three-day pop-up activation in New York City, where they are distributing winter coats and accessories from a customized truck shaped like a Nuptse puffer coat. The truck, adorned with yellow garments to attract attention, will make stops in SoHo, Bushwick, and Fordham Heights. The jackets are showcased in glass cases, reminiscent of the "Batman cave," according to outdoor influencer and designer Mikey Phelps.

Attendees can view the display and then choose color-coded cards from a bag. Pulling a yellow card awards a jacket, while a black card allows for a choice of accessories. A white card grants a yellow Nuptse sticker. The available jackets include the women's 2000 Retro Nuptse, men's Build Up, and men's Gore-Tex Mountain. Accessories offered are the Base Camp duffel, Explore Hip Pack, and Wawona Blanket.

The event will take place on Thursday at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Knickerbocker Avenue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by a similar event on Friday at East Fordham Road and East Kingsbridge Road at the same time.
