It usually contains spices and herbs such as ginger, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. The drink is named Chai Tea with these spices and herbs. When milk or black tea is added to it, it is called Chai Tea Latte. The beverage gets its benefits from the vitamins and minerals that come from the herbs and spices in it.
Chai tea latte, one of the drinks we love to consume, is a perfect flavor created by the combination of spices. So how can we prepare this spice? How can we consume it as a cold drink, as iced coffee? Here is the recipe and necessary ingredients;
How to prepare chai tea latte spice
- 1 clove of cardamom
- 2 cloves of cloves
- 1-star anise
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- A pinch of black pepper
Cut the cardamom with the side of the knife, remove the inside, and mix it with the seasonings that you crush well. If you keep this mixture in a jar, you can prepare coffee a few more times.
Chai Tea Latte - Ingredients
- 7-8 ice cubes of coffee
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon chai tea latte spice
- Sugar by choice
Put your prepared coffee in ice cubes and freeze it. When you are going to consume it, add a teaspoon of chai tea latte spice and serve it with milk. (You can also prepare it by boiling and cooling milk with spices.)
