Today, I would like to talk to you about a great recipe that you can easily prepare in your kitchen: Dairy Free Fudge

As you can read below, this recipe, which is very easy to make, can be an indispensable alternative. If you have different ideas or suggestions for the recipe whose components and preparation stages I have shared below, and if you think the recipe will be better with these suggestions, please share them with me. Let's dive into the recipe.

Ingredients

Cooking spray, for greasing

Lightly spray the pan with cooking spray. Line the bottom and sides of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment, Set aside

Place the vegan baking sticks, the sugar, cocoa, vanilla, salt, and milk in a heatproof mixing bowl or the upper part of a double boiler. Place the bowl over simmering water and stir frequently with a silicone spatula, scraping down the bowl occasionally until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add the chopped nuts, gently folding them into the mixture just until well combined. Pour the mixture quickly into the prepared loaf pan. Place your vegan fudge in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled. I love to live them overnight if you don't have time at least 3 hours for your fudge to fully chill and set.
