This time, let's give a chance to slimming cures consisting of completely natural materials that will help you lose weight by burning fat and eliminating edema, and will also facilitate your weight loss process by accelerating your metabolism.

Plus, all of them are easily prepared with the materials at home, and they do not contain any additives.

Parsley Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • Freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon
  • 1 glass of water

PS: You can use a blender for these recipes, but it is important to have it cold-pressed in order to preserve all the vitamins and minerals.

If you are using Blender:

Throw the parsley with the stems into the blender and let it run for about 1 minute.

Then add 1 glass of water and run the blender again.

When the parsley stems and leaves are tiny and the water you have prepared becomes lush and slightly foamy, it means it is ready.

You can consume it by adding lemon juice to it.

Prepare your glass juice bottles, let's go.

Detox Water

If you are complaining about regional lubrication, especially excess fat in the abdomen, you can try this detox water that burns fat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  • few slices of lemon
  • Small piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 pinch of fresh mint (or parsley)
  • 1 small bottle of plain natural mineral water (200 ml)

Boil the water.

Add all the other ingredients except mineral water into it and let it brew.

Then add mineral water and close your jug/bottle.

It is ready to be consumed when it comes to room temperature.

Take care to finish all the water you have prepared in 1 day, and do not forget to drink at least 1 liter of normal water in addition to this.

Yogurt Cure

Let us introduce you to a cure that is claimed to continue burning fat even while sleeping. The ingredients are very familiar.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric or chili powder

Add the juice of half a freshly squeezed lemon to the yogurt.

If you wish, add 1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric or 1 teaspoon of chili powder and mix well.

If you want to use turmeric and chili powder at the same time, you can add half a teaspoon of both to the mixture.

Eat this yogurt cure at least 30 minutes before going to bed and make sure that you do not consume anything on it after you eat it. After applying the mixture every evening for 2 weeks, take a break for 1-2 days. You can use the yogurt cure as much as you want by taking a 2-day break every 2 weeks.

Lemon-garlic cure

When lemon and garlic, which have many health benefits separately, come together and turn into a cure, it turns into a miracle. It is also known that it helps to lose weight by burning harmful fats. If you only have a blood pressure problem, it is not recommended to apply this recipe.

Ingredients:

If possible, fill the lemon juice in a dark jar and don't add any extra water to it. The lemon juice you squeezed should be 2 liters,( 8 glasses of water.)

Next, peel and crush 40 cloves of medium-sized garlic. Add the garlic to the jar and keep this mixture for 25 days in a warm and dark room.

Shake the jar daily.

At the end of 25 days, after the garlic has dissolved in the lemon juice, you can drink this cure as half a tea glass half an hour before breakfast every morning.

Turmeric Cure

Turmeric cure helps your body get rid of toxins and creates a detox effect when consumed regularly. It helps you lose weight by accelerating fat burning along with a balanced and regular diet.

Ingredients:

Take the yogurt in a bowl. Mix in the spices and olive oil.

Your turmeric cure is ready.

You can consume this turmeric cure on an empty stomach in the morning. It will be enough to consume 1 bowl a day.
