Healthy Avocado Dip Recipe

Multiple-using, a healthy alternative Green dip is going to be your favorite! Ingredients - Medium Half avocado 🥑 - 1 handful of spinach - A quarter bunch of parsley 🌿 - Raw sunflower seeds 🌻 - 3-4 stalks of spring onions - Boiled peas ✳️ - Cold/ice water 💧 - 2 tbsp Mustard, - dried basil (fresh if available) - Half a lemon and half a lime (lime isn't a must but adds great freshness) - 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar - Black pepper, garlic powder, leaf salt (adjust the amounts to your taste) Pass it through the food processor, and add the water last according to the consistency.
