Get ready to escape the Black Friday chaos and enjoy a refreshing walk in the beautiful wilderness of America's Hometown. The Annual Post-Feast Waddle, organized by Wildlands Trust, is returning to Plymouth for an eighth year of outdoor fun!

According to the Wildlands Trust, participants will embark on a memorable hike from the Davis-Douglas Farm to the Beech Tree Clearing at Emery Preserve. There are then two choices for routes available to get back: a 2-mile hike for those seeking a direct route back, and a 3-mile hike for those looking for a longer adventure. The Wildlands Trust explains that "our trusted volunteer hike leaders will be there to guide you either way!". To ensure a safe experience for all, participants are advised to wear blaze orange attire. "There is no hunting on Davis-Douglas Conservation Area, but we always err on the side of caution during hunting season," states the event details.

In honor of their 50th anniversary, Wildlands Trust is also excited to present the "50 Remarkable Years, 50 Remarkable People" gallery in the Community Conservation Barn. They invite the community to enjoy it " before and after the hike. Or, skip the hike altogether and come just for the gallery!"

This outdoor event is free to the whole family, including furry friends. Wildlands Trust assures that all ages are welcome and emphasizes the importance of pre-registration on their website for planning purposes, stating:

"This event is free for all ages! Preregistration is requested for planning purposes. Furry friends are welcome, but we ask that they be kept on-leash and under control. Festive refreshments will be served."
