Don't Miss Derby Night At The Historic Paragon Carousel

(HULL, MA) The historic Paragon Carousel in Hull, Massachusetts is once again hosting its annual Derby Night, a special event that promises an evening of excitement, community, and fun for everyone.

On Friday, September 22, 2023, from 7 pm to 10 pm, guests to the event are encouraged to dress up in their best "going to the races" attire and enjoy a night of games, prizes, and more, all around the carousel.

The regular admission ticket ($40) includes access to five "derby" races with great prizes, as well as raffles and silent auctions. You'll also be able to indulge in gourmet finger foods and enter the Derby Hat contest. And for those who want to indulge in a drink or two, there will even be a cash bar on site.

The Paragon Carousel, built in 1928 by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company, is one of the state's only surviving four-wide carousels. It is the only surviving element of the Paragon Park amusement park and has been delighting visitors for almost a century.

Derby Night is a way to celebrate the joy and memories the carousel has brought to the community over the years. Tickets are available now for purchase on the Paragon Carousel's website.
