(BUZZARDS BAY, MA) The Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce has announced the news that Cape Cod Canal Day, which was scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 16, 2023, has been canceled due to weather. With Hurricane Lee just around the corner, expected to bring rain and strong winds to the area, this decision came as no surprise to many residents. "Sad, but right decision," said one commenter.

With no rain date scheduled, those who were planning to go will have to look forward to next year's festivities.
