An adorably tiny pup is looking for love on the South Shore! This puppy named Pat is currently being taken care of by a local Massachusetts animal shelter and has been described as having a "pudgy baby body" who constantly "demands attention and love"!
The Scituate Animal Shelter shared photos and details about the itty bitty fur baby on Monday, March 20, 2023. The post read:
"Meet Pat! Here is the littlest heart throb on the south shore, Pat. This very handsome hunk is looking for an active, fun loving home to keep his little body and mind active!"
The animal shelter went on to describe Pat, explaining:
"Pat is all things puppy. Leave your shoe on the ground? Chewed. Favorite throw pillow? In pieces. But how can you be mad? Have you seen his face?! Pat demands attention and love. But don't be fooled by that pudgy baby body, this guy is all about activity and work!"
Who is a Good Match for Pat?
The Scituate Animal Shelter explains that they are searching for a home with Cattle Dog experience. This is because "this breed is not for the faint of heart. They need consistent activity for both the brain and body. They are a working dog and need things to do! Pat will be excellent at hiking, running and frisbee! These dogs are loyal!"
Pat would love another dog to rough house with- but a young and excitable dog would be best, as he would be too much for a mellow pup or senior.
"If you love weekends hiking, running the beach and exploring new places, look no further for your future best friend. This little body is ready to be molded into the ultimate dog package. Pat is ready for a life full of fun!"
