Apart from raising donations for the Humane Society of Charlotte, this project also aims to help local businesses that are affected during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Humane Society of Charlotte or HSC was founded in July 1978 and is located in Toomay Avenue, Charlotte. It is a non-profit corporation that adheres to a no-kill philosophy which means saving all animals that need help. It is achieved with four programs: prevention, retention, placement, and education.

The goal of this organization is to build a world where there are no more homeless and unwanted animals by providing low-cost fees for adoption. Other than that, this organization also provides education and information related to how to treat animals.
