NASHVILLE, TN — Onlife Health, a Nashville-based health and wellness plans platform, appointed Kevin Jett as chief operating officer.
The chief operating officer (COO) is in the newly created position to ensure the operations in Onlife. Jett will oversee Onlife's business operations, technology, and other services.

Jett previously served as chief technology officer (CTO) of Onlife. Before Onlife, he co-founded Callibrain, a social collaboration, and employee engagement platform, while also served as the CTO.
Onlife is part of GuideWell, a non-profit health solutions company. Onlife received the honor as one of the Top Workplaces 2021 from The Tennessean for five consecutive years, maintaining excellent employee engagement in the company.
They recently launched Aging-Into Medicare, a program designed to build brand awareness for health care plans. The program offers educational materials for members and caregivers to understand the Medicare options. The program is also part of a highly effective member-retention strategy from the company.
They earned the Fall 2020 Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness® award from the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) in January this year. The award evaluates employee wellness and the company's effort to nurture a healthier place to live and work for the employees.
