NASHVILLE, TN - Join Nashville Jazz Workshop in its free community concert held on Wednesday, July 28, from 7.00 p.m - 8.30 p.m at 1012 Buchanan Street, Nashville. The concert, which is a part of the Grand Opening event, features the music of Stevie Wonder and also joyfulness shared by the community. While the offline tickets are sold out, people can still experience the concert virtually by reserving their space at the website.
Under COVID-19 health protocols, the committee will apply several policies during in-person concerts as preparing a seated venue open seating set with a party of four members the most. Attendees’ party, who come with less than four members, may be seated with other attendees outside their parties. Vaccinated attendees are allowed to not wearing masks, while unvaccinated attendees are required to wear masks. The venue is providing masks for those who doesn’t have one.
Nashville Jazz Workshop or NJW, has been a home for music and jazz enthusiast in the community of Nashville. Formed for almost two decades, the organization has presented, instructs, and preserves the art of jazz in Music City, USA, as well as provides local musicians amateur-to-professional, space for their best practices and skill improvements. This is shown in its programs as musical classes for players and non-players, jazz workshops, and performance events to promote the talents and support the jazz community in Nashville. NJW is preparing to move from their current residence at Neuhoff Complex to its new home at 1012 Buchanan Street on July 24.
