Established by co-founders Arnie Morton and Klaus Fritsch in Chicago in 1978, Morton's has grown with over 65 of its branch restaurants spread through the United States. They're currently innovating and perfecting the work by releasing new dishes as SRF 'Gold Label' Wagyu Filet Mignon, Tomahawk Long-Bone Ribeye, Maine Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, Burrata Panzanella Salad which are available for a limited time only.
For the Sips of Summer event, Morton's pairs its signature dishes with a hand-crafted specialty cocktail made with top-shelf, agave-based tequilas from Casamigos. Held at Morton's Nashville, the event offers chefs-made four-course dishes carefully crafted and inspired by the flavors of Jalisco, Mexico.
The first course will surely spark your appetite with Tequila Shrimp Street Tacos, Pineapple Pico de Gallo, and Watermelon Mint Margarita. The second course that follows includes Carne A La Parrila, Grilled Marinated Filet, Pickled Red Onions, Chimichurri on Crostini, and Summertime Paloma.
The third course will satisfy your tastebuds with Shrimp and Crab Campechana, Avocado, Olives, Pico de Gallo, Spicy Clamato Broth, and' New Fashioned'. The fourth course gives the perfect closure with Chocolate-Ancho Chile Torte, Canela Crema, and Smoky Cinnamon Horchata.
