NASHVILLE, TN — Hutton Hotel just announced the fourth restaurant, the award-winning Urban Farmer Steakhouse, will be open this fall in October.
Urban Farmer Nashville is bringing more than 20 years of experience in casual and fine dining restaurants worldwide. The restaurant will be the first branch to open its restaurant in Nashville.
The Urban Farmer is known for its shared values, soulful food and served in a down-to-earth setting. The branch in Nashville will focus on serving steak and seafood to its customers. The restaurant provides seatings for 165 guests and features a 15-seat bar, patio seating, and two private dining rooms.
Urban Farmer Nashville menu will feature classic starters such as Beef Tartare and a curated charcuterie board. New York Steak, Farm Burger, house-made English Muffin, Whole Roasted mushrooms are some of the menus from Urban Farmer Nashville. Guests can also enjoy some of the signature sides and desserts, including Twice Baked Fingerling Potato Tart, Baked Mac and Cheese, and Butterscotch Sundae. Customers of Urban Farmer Nashville can also enjoy some robust wine or draft and bottled beer.
The restaurant was founded by combining responsibly sourced food with high-quality ingredients to create a new kind of steakhouse to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in the dining place.
Urban Farmer Nashville also commits to creating a sustainable ecosystem by having rooftop beekeeping, urban gardening, and on-site mushroom terrariums. The restaurant also composted its landfills, recyclable and biodegradable to-go wares, not using single-use plastics and having their own aquaponics and hydroponics in their area. The teams are constantly looking for ways to go zero-waste.
