NASHVILLE, TN — The Tennessee Titans have launched a wine club based on subscription service, which happens to be the first time for a team to launch such club in the National Football League.
The wine club will be called The Foolish Club, which is inspired by the nickname of eight owners of the American Football League founding members, which also featured the Titans' founder Bud Adams. Titans' controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk believes that this wine club is a way to appreciate the integral history of the team.
“We hope our fans will love these wines and each of the stories they tell, and can’t thank Fairwinds Estate Winery enough for helping us bring this concept to life," she adds.
The Foolish Club will have two shipments every year, in September and February, with each shipment including six bottles of wine. Club members also have the option to add additional bottles, but it depends on the club seniority. The longer you have been in the club, the more options you can get in your shipments. Each bottle will represent different stories of the team's history, and all will be related and unique to the Tennessee heritage.
On top of routine wine shipments every year, there are benefits that club members can enjoy during their membership period. For member's family and friends, they can send a special wooden box gift sets. Members can also access the club's private store to replenish their cellars.
The cost of each six-bottle shipments ranging between $290 to $450. To join The Foolish Club and find more informations about the club and their wine selection, you can visit their official website.
