We had the pappardelle bolognese, eggplant parmesan, roasted beet salad, calamari, and raw/original oysters. Everything was delicious. The pappardelle was handmade, so it's more enjoyable than boxed pasta. The sauce was on point, though I wish it had slightly more meat. The eggplant parmesan was good, although nothing noteworthy for or against the dish - it's one of those dishes that is hard to reinvent or make better once you had a good one. Roasted beet salad was light and was a great appetizer and lead up to a great meal. The prize goes to the calamari, which was sweet, yet had some heat to it. This was among the best renditions of calamari I've ever had. The crunch and texture of the calamari with the sweet and hot taste profiles were a surprise for the palate.Good food and atmosphere. I highly recommend any of the dishes with handmade pasta. The calamari is unlike anything you had before; sweet and hot. This was a unique and great dining experience in Denver.
