My friend and I split the W&C Seasonal Salad, Spicy-Criollo Rotisserie Chicken and Coriander Roasted Colorado Lamb.Firstly, that chicken was just beyond amazing! Cooked just perfect, and so soft and tender and juicy and what not! The spicy criollo sauce on the side was just the perfect pairing. 1000000 would recommend!The salad was beautiful as well; (mixed greens, crispy bacon, oven dried tomatoes, pickled red onion, house made ricotta, red wine vinaigrette)
Everything went really well together, and the amount of bacon on there was quite a lot too!
Even needed to ask for extra greens coz they were all gone but we still had more toppings to go.
The lamb was cooked right, but way too salty, I don't think I'd recommend it and would probably try the goat if I were to do it again.
Shout out to the staff here for accommodating my request for the extra greens and breast piece of the chicken.
