Grilled sturgeon and khinkali
A taste of Georgia via Khinkali. To start, we had bread basket, lentil kofta, blinchik stuffed with beef and khinkali dumplings. Main course were skewers - osertrina/sturgeon, beef skewer, lamb chops and black tiger shrimp. The drinks were tarragon lemonade and Gyumri.
