Toro tuna tartare at Morimoto

A melt-in-your-mouth toro tuna tartare at Morimoto. It has sturgeon caviar on top and it came in with six compliments - nori seaweed puree, wasabi, sour cream, chives, guacamole and rice cracker to add texture. Cashew soy on the side for the dipping and Japanese mountain peach for palette cleansing.
