Pulpo a la Gallega, a taste of Basque cuisine
Pulpo a la Gallega, a favorite at this quaint restaurant right in front of a playhouse serving Basque cuisine. Every dish that landed on our table was delicious starting from pintxos to postrea. The first one that came out was Brasa Bread, then La Espanola, followed by Pulpo a la Gallega, then they all came out in a blur and gone in a second from Arroz Negro to Oysters, Crab Claws, Smelt Fish and Whole Fish Basquaise. The drinks were Papa Don't Preach and Funny Guy. Then came the dessert Torrija, Pot de Creme and Goxua.
I have a sizzling passion for all things culinary! Love to cook and love to eat out too to get inspiration on what to cook at home. Please join me and my family in our journey to explore delicious restaurants in Los Angeles and beyond. Bon appétit!
