Eating Indian Food in Parsippany, New Jersey!

Next was Jashan by Dhaba for lunch, where there was a party going on! After visiting the kitchen and sampling a bit of chicken, it was time to eat! The lamb chops were moist and covered in an amazing masala. They were great with mint and tamarind chutneys. The paneer akbari was stuffed with three types of cheese and was very unique! I also loved the tangy and smoky tandoori chicken with the tamarind chutney! The chatpata chicken came with lots of veggies! The honey crispy vegetables reminded me of honey chicken. Then, we jumped on the curries starting with the tender and moist bone-in butter chicken. The goat curry was unreal with the sweet and nutty kashmiri naan. I loved the shaam savera kofta (dumplings in cashew gravy) with kashmiri naan and roomali roti. The gravy was good enough to drink! I loved the paneer curry too, and added some rice to the gravies.
