Eating Northern Indian Food in Tribeca, NYC

At our table, we had tandoori lamb chops, boondi raita, dum biryani, garlic family naan, chicken tikka masala, and more! Ben and I started with the tandoori lamb chops, which were smoky and tender. Lamb is my favorite meat and this was done right! The tandoori prawns were big and meaty, with a nice char and a delicious marinade. After washing it down with some beer, we jumped on the diwani handi (a veg and paneer curry), aloo gobhi, and chicken tikka masala with some naan. The chicken tikka masala with naan was exceptional, and the paneer, spinach, and cauliflower in the diwani handi were amazing. The cauliflower was outstanding, and the chicken tikka masala gravy with the naan was mouthwateringly good!
