Seafood Street Food in Miami!! Lobster Roll, Burger & Grill Cheese

If you guys didn’t know, my hometown of Miami is one of the best cities in the world to try fresh, delicious seafood, so I knew I had to include it in my Miami Street Food series. Come along with me and my dad as we try outstanding seafood street food in Miami! My Dad and I headed over to The Lobsta Trap, which is an amazing food truck in Westchester. They make gourmet seafood street food using locally-sourced, high-quality ingredients. I couldn’t wait to eat a lobster roll! Inside the truck, I met Jeff, Judith, and Jennifer, who would make us two lobster rolls: a regular one and one with truffle butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley! They also make elote fries with corn, fried shrimp, fried lobster, and/or fried fish. The seasoned fries also have crema Mexicana, cotijo cheese, cilantro, and chili powder on them!
