Chinese Street Food in Miami!! Shumai, Pork Buns & Short Rib Ramen

My dad and I hit up In Ramen in South Miami to get a taste of authentic Chinese street food. They specialize in buns and dim sum, as well as tons of unique ramen varieties. They also sell craft beer! Inside, we met Matt, who showed me how to make noodles. He beats them, cuts them into portions, and then pulls them into noodles. Then, they go in boiling water for 10-15 seconds and then they’re done! Then, I checked out their dim sum steamers, which are super hot! They make chicken shumai, pork shumai, dumplings, and more in them. They only take 3-4 minutes to steam. Some of the other dim sum items take up to 12 minutes, so they have timers in the kitchen for everything. We ordered bao, shumai, edamame, gyozas, pork belly buns, shrimp dumplings, spicy crab buns, and dab fries. We also got their number one ramen, the short rib ramen! The meat was so tender it fell off the bone! The dab fries had two different sauces on them and dried tuna flakes.
