Unbound by Tarana BurkeEverwell Darien / Blaine Hurty

Tarana Burke's powerful and essential memoir, Unbound, is Everwell's November Thought Club selection. Tarana Burke is the founder of the #MeToo movement and is a beautiful human whose searing story may just shift your entire outlook on community, healing + humanity.

What’s a Thought Club? It’s a gathering where the group engages in a fulfilling conversation, on a selected text; invites meaningful connection, with each other through the text's themes; inspires introspection for all, as a way to deepen how one knows oneself.

Supported with a pre-recorded summary of guiding themes, discussion prompts and connection prompts AND a one-page print out for the actual meeting, this gathering ignites thought + growth. You can make your own Thought Club (we’ll share all that you need for your group--just register!), or you can join Everwell’s Womanhood Well Thought Club (on November 16 + 30)  to discuss Unbound with others from the Everwell CIRCLE!

We choose texts that speak to womanhood, humanity, creativity and work. We call these 4 areas our Wells. And the red thread that connects everything that we feature is personal growth, self-care + humanity awareness.

Complimentary for all.

What is Everwell?

Everwell is about giving yourself permission. Permission to explore and think freely, permission to get stuff done (whatever that stuff is), and permission to intentionally connect with others without judgement or an agenda. We’re about celebrating our lives as multi-passionate women. Recognizing we wear many hats and play many roles, it’s time to prioritize ourselves too—taking time to think openly + leaving room to ask ‘what’s next?” We have BIG plans for Everwell. We’re starting a revolution that begins with redefining what ‘work’ looks like—whether it’s a professional endeavor, a passion play, personal venture, or family planning, guess what, it’s ALL work; it all matters, and it all has to get done.
