Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman is stretching it out on her yoga mat and raising a leg - also raising the point that she's "still got it." The 26-year-old former athlete tends not to share much in the way of showoffs, but she went with one recently. Posting for her 2.1 million Instagram followers, the "Fierce Five" member showcased her home Pilates session, one seeing her in leggings and a crop top and bringing in fan requests that she come out of retirement.

Aly suffered from depression following the 2016 Olympics and now credits Pilates for her journey back to health. This photo was seemingly her chance to show her take on the exercise, plus a reminder of her Gold Medal skill-set.

The photo, below, showed the brunette on all fours and lifting up a leg while in her gym gear and sneakers. Aly had placed both palms on the mat to support herself, also highlighting her toned muscles and a calm attitude. Taking to her caption, she wrote: "Still got it."

"You never lost it," a fan quickly replied, and they weren't the only ones spotting the post. Newly-engaged Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has left a like.

It isn't just the stretches that are zen for Raisman. The star has opened up to Shape, revealing that her calm attitude extends throughout her daily routine. "At the end of the day, if I feel more stressed or I feel more irritated, sometimes I try to reflect on if I ate something different that day and figure out [the cause]," she stated. "I try to be really reflective and aware of how I can make myself feel more relaxed. Sometimes I don't know what it's coming from, but other times it's a little bit easier to figure out."

"Finding more moments where I'm still and calm is always something that's hard for me," she added.
