Candace Cameron Bure has shared a rare photo of herself with former "Fuller House" co-star Bob Saget, this just five days after the actor died aged 65. The sitcom star had already made headlines after comedian Bob passed as his adorable Instagram comment shot up in likes - now the blonde is continuing to pay tribute to the man she shared set time with.
Posting to Instagram earlier this week, the 45-year-old ulpoaded a sunny selfie of herself with Bob. The poolside snap sending out happy vibes came with Bure hugging her co-star as he smiled in shades. This was more than just about the shot, though. Clothing designer Candace also took to her caption to honor Bob, found unresponsive at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on January 8.
Addressing her 5 million+ followers, Bure opened:
"Oh, Bob. Why’d you have to leave us so soon? We are all family, but you were the glue. The sticky, messy, squishy, sweet, lovable glue. My childhood is wrapped up in you, my formative teenaged years and the rest of adulthood. You taught me to feel deeply at such a young age." The actress said that she and Bob had always been "deeply connected" ever since they met when she was aged just 10.
Also calling Saget one of the "closest" friends in her entire life, Candace continued: " This hurts like nothing I’ve ever felt before. I love you, I love you, I love you. You knew that. I knew that. But I have to say it again. I want one more hug. I want one more text that says, “oh, btw, it’s me Bob” after a long rant."
Saget's family is currently awaiting the medical examiner's report on a possible cause of death.
Bure's photo, now approaching 1 million likes, also came with her stating: " There will never be another like you. I wish you could see the outpouring of love you have. You’ve certainly left a beautiful legacy in kindness, compassion, loyalty, generosity, and love." A like was quickly left by MTV star Mackenzie McKee.
