Rebel Wilson is updating fans on her staggering, 77-pound weight loss with a new poolside photo. The 41-year-old actress and Olly wellness partner is in the best shape of her life following a 2020 "year of health" - while Wilson has admitted to ups and downs, the photos are proof that the Aussie has continued her weight-loss journey successfully.

Posting for her 10 million+ Instagram followers over the weekend, the "Pitch Perfect" star posed for a poolside snap in blue gym wear, rocking leggings and a matching top as she highlighted the results of mindful eating and the outdoor walks she's such a fan of.

Rebel, who has gained over half a million likes, posed in high-waisted leggings amid a stunning infinity pool backdrop, rocking a high ponytail and sending out an empowering vibe as she rested her hands on her knees. The sneaker-clad outfit showcased the star's whittled-down waistline, with a caption reading: "Rebel Rising #2022."

Rebel has been vocal about her weight loss since kicking off two years ago - she's admitted to stress eating chocolate after challenging shoot days, but has likewise kept positive amid her journey, also reaching out to others with food issues.

Speaking late last year as she revealed losing even more weight, the actress stated:

"It is weird, because I haven't been trying to, it's just that the lifestyle habits that I did last year have kind of become ingrained," adding: "So it's good. I think I'm a little bit shocked, because I was worried. I think everybody who's struggled with their weight has at times (felt like that) ... I've managed to maintain that for almost a year. It's just all those lifestyle habits changing."

Rebel isn't keen on high-intensity cardio and prefers outdoor walks, where she listens to podcasts. In her Today interview, the star added: "When I go for a walk, I can put in a podcast or listen to music, and it's so easy to do anywhere in the world. I can just go out and do it. It's become my favorite form of exercise right now."
