President Joe Biden appeared to fall during the United States Air Force Academy commencement on Thursday, where the Commander-in-Chief was congratulating those that were graduating from the program.

Biden attended the commencement ceremony to deliver a speech to the graduates and congratulate them on their accomplishments, staying after his speech for several hours as the graduates were awarded their diplomas.

Biden Falls on Stage at Ceremony

President Biden appeared to fall during the ceremony after he moved on stage, apparently tripping on a sandbag located behind him on the stage, according to White House Communications Director Ben LaBolt.

The president was then helped up by Air Force officials that were also on stage at the time, pointing to the sandbag that he appeared to trip on once he was back on his feet again.

The White House says that Biden was uninjured in the fall. He has suffered similar incidents throughout his term in the Oval Office, which has led many Republicans and conservative voices to jump on the falls, pointing to them as evidence that he is too old to be qualified to be president.

Republicans Share Biden's Fall Around Social Media

Republicans quickly shared video of the fall around social media, including Republican official Jake Schneider, whose tweet can be seen below:
