Atlanta's Most Wanted features ten suspects sought on felony charges, with nine accused of murder and one charged with vehicular homicide.

According to the Atlanta Police Department's website, these ten suspects committed their crimes between 2019 and this year.

The first suspect, 29-year-old Andre Aki Evans, is wanted for his involvement in the homicide of Robert Levy Jr. at 292 Crumley St. Southwest on February 17, 2019, according to APD officials.

Officials with the APD stated that officers responded to reports of gunshots and discovered Robert Levy Jr.'s body inside the residence upon arrival. Preliminary findings, per APD, indicated an altercation between the victim and a male who then fled the scene in a black Cadillac Escalade. Narcotics were also found in plain view within the home. The investigation led to the identification of Evans, Jamel Davis, and Harrison Ogbunize as involved in the homicide, resulting in warrants for their arrest, per court documents.

Officers stated that Ogbunize and Davis were apprehended in Massachusetts the same year, but Evans remains at large, wanted on a murder charge.

The next suspect, Robert Henderson, is wanted in connection with a fatal car accident on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Adamsville Place Parkway on May 7, 2019. It is believed Henderson struck a medical transport vehicle, resulting in the death of the passenger being transported. After the crash, according to officers, Henderson left the scene and has not been seen since. He is wanted on one count of vehicular homicide.

A fatal shooting in 2020 led to one suspect, Cody Ray Simmons, being charged with armed robbery and felony murder. Although one suspect, Ted Griffin, was arrested shortly after, Simmons remains at large.

In January 2022, according to police, officers responded to an auto accident on Lenox Road and discovered a male victim had been shot. Despite receiving treatment at a nearby hospital, the victim succumbed to his injuries, per officials. This investigation led to a warrant for 20-year-old Anthony Chavez-Ozuna, per officers, who has not been located.

Officers stated that the next suspect, Juvon Johnson, 21, has been wanted since last year in connection with the homicide of 24-year-old Jarvis Curtis. Curtis was found at Westmar Student Lofts on West Marietta Street on April 10, 2022. While one suspect turned himself in, Johnson remains at large, according to officers.

A 24-year-old male, Reginald Parham, according to officers, is wanted for the death of a male found on Carmia Drive in southwest Atlanta on May 28, 2022. The victim was killed by a gunshot wound, and it's believed that an altercation led to the shooting, per officers. Parham remains wanted on one count of murder.

According to officers with the APD, the next suspect, Oboite, is wanted for both the murder and disappearance of Allahnia Lenoir on August 1, 2022. An investigation led authorities to suspect foul play in Lenoir's disappearance and presumed death. Oboite is wanted on one count of murder, per officials.

Jyquez Harvey, 19, allegedly shot a 20-year-old man next to his car with his 10-month-old baby in the backseat in February 2022, said Atlanta officers. They also stated the shooting occurred at a residence on Allegheny Road SW, leading to charges of murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during a crime. Harvey remains at large.

Officers said that Deaundre Craig was added to the list following a homicide on the 1100 block of 7th Street. The victim was found on March 23, 2023, and murder warrants were issued for Craig, who remains at large, per officials.

The last suspect, Rodreiko Russell, is wanted for two separate murders that occurred on the same day. On April 20, 2023, police responded to two shooting incidents, and further investigation revealed a connection between the two. Russell is one of three suspects sought in connection to these deaths and is the only one on Atlanta's Most Wanted list. A reward of $2,000 is being offered for information leading to Russell's arrest and indictment.

Anyone with information on these cases is encouraged to submit tips anonymously to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS (8477), online at, or by texting CSA and the tip to CRIMES (274637).
