NEW ORLEANS, LA - Celebrate National Wine Day on August 28 in New Orleans. New Orleans is packed with great restaurants and bars. Here are some of the recommended places in the Big Easy that serve red wine.

1. WINO Wine Institute of New Orleans

WINO was established in 2007. It is a casual wine tasting bar and a wine school as well. WINO has 120 various wines for you to taste and they also provide classes for both beginners and professionals. WINO is located at 610 Tchoupitoulas Street and is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

2. Ole’ Orleans Wines & Spirits

Ole' Orleans Wines & Spirits was established in 2018 and offers a collection of well-balanced wines for you to taste. You can drink wine here while listening to jazz and enjoy the views of the Mississippi River. Ole' Orleans is located at 1232 Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard.

3. NOLA Tropical Winery

4. Bacchanal Fine Wine & Spirits

Bacchanal is a wine laboratory established in 2001. Here you can enjoy their variety of wines, cocktails, and Mediterranean minimalism cuisine with some live music.

5. The Country Club

The Country Club was established in 1969 and offers a poolside bar and outdoor kitchen in a separate pool area. The restaurant specializes in modernizing traditional Creole cuisine with over 140 unique bottles from 13 different countries.
