Milton, Florida is about to get a great addition to attract tourists and locals. Despite being held back with some rainy challenges, Splash RV Park is set to open December 15, 2021

Plans for this 60+ acre RV park include several amenities for children and adults that will make it an exceptionally sought-after destination in the Florida Panhandle to include:

  • Lazy River
  • 80 cottages
  • Adult only pool
  • Three pools
  • On-site food and beverages
  • Glamping in covered wagons
  • Golf carts
  • and more!

The location for Splash RV Park couldn't be better either. It is conveniently located off of I-10, close to Milton's Historic District, and 23 minutes north of Navarre's sandy white beaches. With most water parks located along with more tourist areas, this is a nice reprieve from fighting beach traffic.

This will be a hot spot for not just snowbirds and tourists passing through the area but will be a great spot for locals and military families in the area as well. Unfortunately, for those full-time RVers, the park is not offering long-term sites.

If you're looking to be one of the first patrons of the park, they are currently accepting bookings for their sites after they open on December 15. With the grand opening expected before Christmas, this will be an ideal holiday destination and a perfect way to end 2021. Worried that December is going to be too chilly to have fun at the park? According to the National Weather Service, the weather should be suitable for some outdoor activities.

It might be a little chilly with temperatures like those to get into the water (unless one of the pools is heated). However, it's a good time to camp and roast some s'mores over a fire.

According to the park's reservation page, if the park cannot open on schedule, the park allows changes to patron's reservations free of charge to dates in 2022 and 2023.
