We organized a team bonding exercise for our community youth group unity scheduled at LaserX Arena. At first, I used to think this is more of a virtual setup and is more suited for kids and teenagers. Our incharge did the booking for us and our group arrived. We signed in and were given the instructions by the hosts. And then we were given the headbang, the vest which had sensors and guns. And then things got real. It felt as if I was the character that I mostly played in the video games and that no one was controlling me. I had to do it on my own.
The playing arena was a huge one, dimly lit though to give the feeling of an old warehouse and it had a big truck in the middle. And with a siren, the games went on. The best part of this is that you need to get hit twice before killed. So basically all of us had extra lives. We had lots of fun here. If you are planning to come here I would say be prepared to run crazy, have a bottle of water for regular breaks because this game makes you very tired, and wear comfortable clothes, you have to crawl and bend down in many instances.
