Poem| Jaws of Life
Confused and trapped, I can't turn back. A life so finicky and drastic. The elusive answer that beguiles. Into the mysteries yet untold. Or if I'll be forever condemned.

Conext: Our quest to find meaning of life in this world is often disrupted by the icy grasp of absurdity. People who are sensitive to the absurd world can experience meaningless tragedies. This poem also explores the theme of loneliness. Recently, I read about a woman who died after jumping into a river. Through this poem, I want to express my sorrow for that woman.

Annotation by Muhammad Nasrullah Khan: The books teach you shouldn't let grief set up in your life, from taking over your life, and from damaging your dreams. Don't let difficult times or difficult times get in the way of your happiness, even when you can't see it. Khalil Gibran, however, thinks that pain is as important as happiness. I chose this poem to illustrate Khalil Gibran's unique perspective. His poems such as this one leave a lasting impression on the reader. Throughout the couplets, you will not be disappointed with your reading experience. The metaphors and imagery are so strong that I used my hands to represent the rising water, coming together, and floating over the land. I have never been moved to do that by any other poem. It is amazing. A second beautiful aspect of this poem is how beautifully it captures emotion and philosophy. Enjoy:

Conext: Love is as dark as chocolate. It may leave its pain forever but you will still be tempted to take another bite even though it can leave you with a bitter taste in your mouth. In the attempt to express the bitter pain of love, many writers have succeeded, but some of them have done an exceptional job. My poem is also an attempt to depict its bittersweet taste.

Literature has always dealt with the theme of love and hate, both very powerful emotions. Within the context of war, love ultimately wins out. There is no religion without love, and it is more than a feeling. Spiritual love is at the heart of Christianity. Love is primarily characterized by God's love, neighbor's love, and stranger's love in Judaism. Islam describes two major forms of love. The first is divine love, and the other is human love. A Hindu's concept of love consists of five stages: Atma Prema, Bhakti, Maitri, Shringara, and Kama. A Buddhist views love in its four traditional forms. Upeksha, Karuna, Mudita, and Maitri. Pyare is defined in Sikhism as love of God and creation. A Sikh Guru vigorously promotes this virtue as one of five. I've written this poem to describe the power of love.

This poem has a curious tone when the poet asks whether you have accepted life with a joyful and resolute heart.
