Happy Filipino Heritage month! In this video, I introduce how to make a ton of different popular filipino breakfast dishes. This is the western/FilAM adaptation to a boodle fight, or 'kamayan' feast! In this video, I make some of my favorite Filipino breakfast items and present it charcuterie style. Buckle up, theres about to be a TON of food! Menu: Tuyo: (Usually herring) dried fish Danggit: local Philippine name for a fish also known the rabbitfish or spinefoot. Longanisa: sweet pork sausage Tocino: sweet marinated chicken Tortang Talong: eggplant egg cake
